Yes, they are secure.
- We use well-known and established, EXTERNAL payment providers to accept your credit card payment.
- The complete order processing part takes place on an encrypted connection (https).
- We don't store your credit card information, nor do we see it being entered. Even if we wanted to abuse your credit card info, we couldn't! We just don't have it.
Note that these payment providers will also check the validity of the Credit Card (name, address, expiration, ownership, etc.) to protect us and our partners from fraudeous payments. |

Yes, you can contact the tourism operator directly. Please select the desired product in our catalogue first (e.g. tour or accommodation) and then goto "Info". You can send the operator an email, call by phone or use our built-in functionality for anonymous access. Off course you can also make arrangements with the provider directly. |
| Is the Deposit Payment refundable? |

Your deposit payment is used for a final booking of the product(s) or service(s) that you choose. This is a guarantee for our service provider that you are serious about the booking. This payment is charged against the amount due. This deposit payment is ONLY refundable, if the service provider cannot deliver the arranged product(s) or service(s) as agreed. In all other circumstances (e.g. when you cancel) the deposit payment is not-refundable. The remainder of your payment is covered under the normal cancellation conditions.
